What should we change?

"Task 2: Setup and Run CI pipeline" needs clarification and an "Important" note:

Step 4, add text to clarify the NAME should receive a unique value.
Add the same "Important" note for granting permissions to build the pipeline as seen later in the lab for "Task 4: Setup CD Pipeline to deploy container in Azure Container Instance (ACI)" Step 6.
