Option for manual captions #16

Hey, nice tool!

I would love to suggest to extend the tool to include an option for a transcriber to write the caption, instead of using speech-to-text.

This is for another languages than English, where the speech-to-text is not efficient enough.

Do you think it could fit here? I would be happy to support and develop such a solution.

@eligro This would be an interesting enhancement! I'm not exactly sure how this feature would work in the current interface, but I'd like to discuss more to understand what you have in mind.

YouTube allows users to type text as you watch the video, and then users can export that text in SRT format. YouTube has a pretty good interface to line up the text with the video.
