Themes not getting applied #100

I've just downloaded Brackets 0.42 and themes are simply not working. Nothing happens when you switch a theme.

@mbonaci I am almost ready to publish a new release that addresses issues with Themes running in Brackets after the feature landed in core. Almost done. I hope its worth the wait :)
