Addressed highlighting concerns in every theme. #31

The update is intended to be verbose so as to provide as much opportunity for individual tweaking as possible.

In every case opacity has been added to the background-color to dim (or enhance) the brightness of the highlight.

The pixie theme currently runs into: background-color: #222222 !important; in the pixie-css:135 meaning it doesnt currently display.

@scriptmunkee, this is a fix for issue #24, correct?

Hey Chris, could you please add proper indentation consistent with the rest of reset.css and submit again?

Yes, I will try it out this weekend and close that issue if it addresses the problem (which I am sure it will).

I just went through it and themes are working pretty well with these changes. These colors were pretty nice and generic. But as always, if anyone comes up with a better color for a particular theme, we now have a spot to adjust that.
