@bbrakenhoff Hmmm, i see I need to add instructions for this. Thank you for logging this.
So, open up the settings dialog and from the import tab. The link for syl.es is in there for convenience and quick access. If you haven't downloaded a theme from there, go ahead and get one. Then back in the import tab, select the import button. Chose the theme. You will then be asked to save it, so go a head and save it. Unfortunately, you need to restart brackets in order to load up the theme in the menu. I am working right now on changing this so that your theme is available immediately.
Hope this helps, and please let me know if you have any feedback
Thank you, it's working now :).
Awesome! Was there something that you did that was confusing? I am thinking about completely skipping the step for saving. I will just save to the default location to make it easier.
Yes, I tried to import my whole visual studio settings which included the theme I wanted. I thought this was possible, because when you download a theme from studiostyl.es you also get a .vssettings file. It seemed though that this was not possible.
I think not having to save it, will be a lot easier indeed!
Would you be willing to share your visual studio settings file with me? I am interested in taking a look at that if you don't mind. I just want to see if it can be easily supported.
Of course! How can I send it to you?
email would be great. manchagnu@gmail.com
Thanks!!
@bbrakenhoff So, I adjusted the workflow for importing styl.es themes. Use it an let me know if you like it :)
@MiguelCastillo that's awesome!
@bradgearon Hey dude, you completely disappeared on me! Thank you for getting this started :)
Hi,
I can't figure out how to import a theme from studiostyl.es. Can anyone explain me how to do this?
