Update monokai-dark-soda.css #99

Added !important css attribute on cursor so that we can see the course when using Monokai Dark Soda.

@gerlstar Hi, thanks for your PR. The issue is actually in Brackets and I have submitted a PR. https://github.com/adobe/brackets/pull/9061

@MiguelCastillo Even once that Brackets core PR is merged, wouldn't this still need to be merged unless Brackets-Themes become >=0.44 only?

@le717 Yeah you are correct. I am thinking that once the PR is merged into core I will be pushing out another release of Themes that's >=44 only.
