Could not play #5

by following the README.md: Tool>Command Palette and select Maze Game: Start or use the shortcut [SHIFT]+[ALT]+[M] dose no work, is there something wrong

What's your system? I'm using a Mac and the shortcuts works for me... I will take a look at the command palette
