While we are at it with TASfile changes, let's swap pitch and yaw to make it similar to the minecraft f3 screen.

[ ] Swap pitch and yaw in TASfile
[ ] Add option to use relative variables for pitch and yaw: ~20;~-14
[ ] Do deltas for other absolute coordinates as well (Pointer location)
[ ] Change scroll wheel to always have a ~ in front as that is always a delta. Allow for absolute variables
