A proper dark theme for the forums.

The current one is really unstable;

Lots of bugs.
Visual errors.
Doesn't match the layout of the light theme in some areas.
The different dark colors are dramatically different. (There are some lightish grays and then black)
When you hover over categories, you can't see some of the text because it blends with the hover background color.
Search bar is unnecessarily large.
Some default light theme colors still stick and they don't appear nice on the dark theme.

How the feature is useful

It would look nicer, improve user experience, etc.

Would also love to see more than just light and dark themes, such as something like MinehutPlus (More Minehut themes) being built in.
