Describe the feature Make it so we can use normal MOTD code (see below) and rotating MOTD's. It would also be cool if we could center it as well.

How the feature is useful It lets us do more with our MOTD's and have more colors (I believe 1.16 lets us have full rbg)

I believe they mean to have a random MOTD be chosen from a list to be sent during ServerListPingEvent - the magic that was used to make animated MOTDs was removed in 1.8.4 (I think)
