Describe the bug

Whenever you try to type odd number of "%" character in /message, it gets blocked completely. However, even number of consecutive "%" symbols successfully sends the message.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Join minehut.com
2. Type "/msg (your-ign) %"
3. Also try "/msg (your-ign) %%%"

Reproducable, trying to /msg "100%" didn't work for me, noticed it yesterday.

Can reproduce on Minecraft 1.16.5, executing the /msg command with any sort of % signs makes it so the command is unresponsive.
