Addition of a Changelog tab for the web panel #590

Describe the feature

The addition of a developer changelog tab to the Minehut dashboard. This would contain more information and elaboration on updates and changes made to Minehut, as well as work in progress projects that are permitted to be publicly discussed.

How the feature is useful

This feature would provide a simple and concise way to access changes and updates made to Minehut, and allow more community engagement from the developers in a one-way format. Having a dedicated section of the website would also permit more elaboration from the developers in a way difficult to replicate within a Discord or Twitter announcement.

@CoreyShupe Perhaps Dev blogs could go here if they were implemented?

@CoreyShupe Perhaps Dev blogs could go here if they were implemented?

Seems like a fair idea. If this were implemented dev blogs might find a good spot here. Instead of being a proper "forum" it might be nice to host this kind of thing in the website itself.

Maybe it could be organized as a wiki page on the meta repo and be announced to the meta discord when they’re written?

Almost seems like it would be better fit officially hosted, this could certainly work but we may want to have some hook or some way to view it on the website. More transparency with a more forefront display of progress. Could be good for those users who don't necessarily see the github or know about it. I think the wiki idea has merit but I think it would be better served in both places.

I can definitely see arguments for both though.

Would personally rather see it posted on the website and announced on meta. Posting it on a wiki will guarantee less users see it

I think is has a fitting purpose in both. Maybe a wiki on the github and an embed in the website displaying it or something like that. Unsure how good github webhooks / embeds are but it's something to look into I think.
