Add an *optional* VPN blocker #660

Add servers the option to use a VPN blocker, because any VPN blocker server owners attempt to set up themselves won't work out since Minehut spoofs IP's. It doesn't have to be perfect, it just would be nice to have some hope of blocking players on VPN's, since it's not even possible as of now, while other server hosts make it possible. Plus, players shouldn't feel the need to use a VPN to connect to Minehut since their IP is already spoofed, so no one can use their IP maliciously. How the feature is useful

Useful to server owners that have issues with users ban evading constantly (I am in that category) and prevents any further exploitation of VPN's.

Additional notes I have no solution to players evading their bans, and I'm sure other servers have the same solution. If you have an idea on how to solve this that doesn't involve Minehut adding a whole new feature, please let me know.

Just to keep in remembrance, it can vaguely false detect players for possessing a VPN/Proxy. I believe that Minehut's captcha/intermediate lobbies function in a comparable manner, sometimes even when a player isn't using a VPN, they're required to solve the Captcha to advance further.

Would love to see something like this, this would help with people botting servers & cheaters the have 1000 alts coming onto my server and cheating.

Add a vpn blocker and make it where in skript you can potentially do like "if player is on vpn:" or "if player's ip is vpn:" (Since skript plugin is custom)

I completely back this, maybe allow servers to select an option to send people to the captcha before connecting, kinda like cloudflares "We're under attack!" mode.

Whole point of a antivpn blocker is to block people from using vpns like ban evaders
