Describe the feature in the plugins tab there should be ratings that people can do for each plugin, sort by best ratings, etc. also some recommended plugins would be cool

How the feature is useful

could help people install better plugins and easier to decide which ones

I believe almost all plugins are from either Spigot or Bukkit, so you could still view ratings by going to their respective pages. I also believe that most plugins have links to their pages. Minehut would have to implement these ratings to be able to show/sort them in the plugins list though.
