Added in non-square migration matrices and changed the way some weights are initialized to be more standard. In particular, don't set the nonrespion and deuterium weights by json but instead make them part of minervav1 (or not)

The non-square migration only works correctly with branch hms-2022-09-07 of UnfoldUtils. Should work fine if you don't use different reco and true binning though.
