Merge Heidi's studies into main.

Move my changes over to main. mainly new json files in AntiNuExamples. But also playlists for prep4 in playlists/testp4, new Q0 variable and new samples without the protoKE cut for protonKE studies.

A couple of methods had C++ code cleaned up with indentation set to 4.
