Basically, when a user submits a question via the Minnowboard web form (https://www.minnowboard.org/help), it creates an email like the one below where both the “From” and the “To” email address is support@minnowboard.org.
When the email goes through the Office365 Microsoft Exchange server, the server thinks it's some sort of phishing or junk email and automatically puts the email into the Junk folder, which doesn’t get seen by the MB Support team unless they are actively monitoring the Junk folder. I tried creating a filter to move these emails into the primary Inbox of the email account, but Outlook won’t allow me to put the same email address into the “From” field.
