We need photos of the required equipment as listed below. See attachment photo as an example.

AC Adapter showing the barrel connector
HDMI to HDMI Micro cable showing both connectors
USB Thumb Flash Drive
microSD Card (class 10) with adapter
HDMI Monitor or TV (I personally think we can get a generic monitor photo for this)
USB Keyboard
Ethernet cable
