facialStyle does not work for some race/gender #46

The facialStyle parameter is being ignored or not working for the following race/gender:

human female
orc female
dwarf female
nightelf female
undead male
undead female
tauren female
gnome female
troll male
troll female

Other params and race/gender features are working fine. Note: I'm using the /classic/ assets, not the /live/ ones
