Tooltip flashing between Task Blocks and Now Playing screens #24

The tooltip that appears after a new Task Block is created flashes in an infinite loop for all sizes of phone, but under different conditions. On smaller screens (iPhone 12 Mini), this flashing happens when a new Task Block is added. On larger phones (iPhone 13), this flashing happens if there's one* existing Task Block. It looks like an issue with positioning; nonetheless, this is indicative of a memory leak.

*it doesn't happen if there's 2 or more

Ended up using the suggested patch for react-native-walkthrough-tooltip package. Also made minor tweaks.
