Dependency package deprecated: react-particles-js #132

The dependency package of react-particles-js is currently used for the animated effect on the homepage. Because it has been deprecated (https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-particles-js), a comparable package named react-tsparticles (https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-tsparticles) has been suggested for replacement.

Given the customized implementation of the react-particles-js package for the animated effect on the homepage, this will likely be more than just simply replacing the dependency.

This issue has been resolved as a result of redesigning the homepage to promote the public availability of PASS1B-06 data.
