Changed the QC data source from embedded JSON files to querying API service for all 6 omics/assays (e.g. metabolomics, proteomics, rna-seq, rrbs, atac-seq, and immunoassay).
Added Submit Date and QC Report columns to the QC data tables (except for immunoassay), and the rows are sorted by Submit Date as a default.
Combined QC data table components of rna-seq, rrbs, and atac-seq into one to reduce repeated code and simplify ongoing maintenance.
