Per request from @archanaraja, a new field was implemented in the backend to capture the actual QC status of a submission beyond whether the samples submitted are valid when compared to DMAQC resources.
This PR adds:
A new QC Passed field that displays the QC status of submissions
CSS for the WARN status that was previously implemented.
Testing
To test, follow the standard testing/deployment steps that are present in the README.
Closes #305.
