Key Changes:

Video background is only loaded into homepage when viewport width is equal to or smaller than mobile phone size.
Replaced landscape paper abstract on homepage with a new screenshot with a visible "Nature" brand.
Added Jest config to resolve unit test errors associated with d3.
Upgraded some npm dependencies to resolve critical vulnerability reports.
Added npm dependency to detect viewport sizes in React.
