Implement support to send notifications to the CAS submitters when the QC automation has completed. We have a QC automation in place for the omics data to perform submission checks on the CAS data after 24 hrs of submission. It would be cool to have a feature to inform the CAS submitters that the "QCs on their submissions have finished and a new QC report of their submission is available for download".
