Extending Perfume with Model Output and Refinement Input During Refinement Process

Extend Perfume with hooks to allow it to be used by external programs.

Modify Perfume so each event can be associated with multiple metrics. During 
refinement process, allow options to output the intermediate model to file and 
accept an input file describing the refinement steps.

Is the task in the first line still desirable? "Extend Perfume with hooks to 
allow it to be used by external programs."

If not, all is well. If so, we should create a new, open issue for this.
