For example, https://github.com/ModelInference/synoptic/wiki/DocsInstallation#Deploying_SynopticGWT does not scroll down to the "Deploying SynopticGWT onto a server" heading.

Fixed it on that page. Based on my grepping I believe this was the only page that used local page anchors.
