[suggestion] fixing backup mag interaction with railgunner #18
the issue with backup mags with railgunner is that for the default secondary, the second shot onwards don't factor in the perfect reload, and for the alt secondary it does nothing.
i suggest for the default secondary to take perfect reload into account for consecutive shots, and for the alt secondary to have some sort of a weaker multishot feature, where it shoots multiple rounds with ~10% the damage of the normal shot. this would make backup mags a viable choice for railgunner
