[Suggestion] Add in support for betterUI proc chances #32

Ive recently downloaded the Riskymod and the main thing that is a bit annoying is the fact that betterui proc chance calculations are completely off. This could be a potential issue as better is installed by most.

It's something I'd like to do, but probably won't have the time for due to the amount of work required.
