Artificer's Blaze Storm behavior with RTAutoSprintEx #33

Blaze Storm gets instantly cast with RTAutoSprintEx, unlike other similarly targeted abilities which allow you to hold the corresponding button without being interrupted and instantly cast by RTAutoSprintEx. Would love to see that fixed as I'm too used to playing with RTAutoSprintEx.

Alright, fixed this issue for both Blaze Storm and modded Snapfreeze in the latest update. It's slightly different from Vanilla, as you can fully sprint while holding down the ability button if AutoSprint is installed, but I think that shouldn't make too much of a difference. Lemme know if this works.
