Update PT-BR Language + Fix quotation mark missing #54

Hello Moffein, I fixed a startup error where a quote was missing in one of the items in PT-BR. I also translated an Acrid ability that I ended up forgetting and improve some other things. However, I noticed some small errors that are beyond my ability to fix, so I'm passing them on:

Seems like the issue was caused by a formatting error in Survivors.txt, fixed it on my end.

For future reference, I recommend pasting the text into https://jsonlint.com/ to validate the formatting. No need to click the "Validate JSON" button (it will fail and say Invalid JSON), just make sure the colors look right and you're good to go.
