read_trajectory not working with list as input #69

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The read_trajectory function from PQAnalysis.io in the TrajectoryReader class does not take a list of strings as valid input.

Somehow the closing commit got lost here - marking this as closed as the functionality is now implemented in all present and future releases.
