Integration of Caddy into OPNsense repository

Since I don't understand where to issue a pull request since golang is a little convoluted for me with all of its dependencies, I have created issues with the maintainers. For the current features, at least desec and porkbun have to be solved before it can be properly included in the OPNsense port build:
