AA icon missing although installation worked #418

Dear all, I may need your support after installing the M.I.B. (see log below) in order to activate AA, I dont see the AA icon. The installation went well with the "AA activated" info at the end. When plugging in the phone, it also asks me for USB or AA use. However I don't see the AA icon. I also cant access any longer the SWDL menu or GEM menu by pressing the buttons car+tuner resp. car+media. Hope you can help. Many thanks!!
