Hi,
I just tried webjars.org to convert this plugin to a webjar. http://www.webjars.org/npm fails though, telling me that bintray would not accept your project as the licence is not one of the ones listed at the bottom of https://bintray.com/docs/api/#_footnote_1
Could you perhaps check whether one of those licences is near to what you intend with CC 3?
