BUG: Delivery Costs #9

Delivery total is not being calculated correctly. Instead of diving the total price under the threshold it is multiplying the total. In turn creating a delivery cost that is not accurate to the applications design.

FIXED: Due to the total amount not being divided correctly inside of the bag contexts where the caluculation is being calculated
