Installing and Setting up iBioSim in Eclipse

1. Follow the instructions on how to setup iBioSim in Eclipse from Github.
2. After setting up iBioSim in Eclipse, follow the same steps to edit the Run Configurations from iBioSim's instructions. Under the Arguments tab, add a new argument with the value -lema in the Program arguments box.
