Add bio to User Profile #15

As a user, I want to be able to include to my User Profile my personal information or any other comments so I can express my fandom

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] the 'About Myself' option is provided on the user profile page
[x] an appropriate form is rendered when user opts to upload or change 'About Myself'
[x] a user's personal information uploads to database successfully
[x] number of characters is limited by 1000

Tasks:

[x] include "about_myself" text field to UserProfile
[x] connect User Profile to User and establish signal for creating and updating UserProfile instance when User created and or updated
[x] create UserAdmin model to add new users and UserProfileInline to edit additional fields from UserProfile model
[x] create User form for uploading and storing user's custom information
