As a user, I want to be able to create and manage my Playlists with a Playlist's theme and description in my User Profile section

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] user is enabled to create and save Playlist by filling Playlist Form with playlist title and description
[x] user can observe all user's playlists as well as their details in dedicated views - list view and detail view
[x] user can edit / update playlist details
[x] user can delete any of user's own playlists

Tasks:

[x] create view, template and url for create Playlist
[x] create view, template and url for edit Playlist
[x] create view, template and url for delete Playlist
[x] create view, template and url for preview Playlist details
