As a user, I want to comment on a post so I can participate in the discussion

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Comment form as a textarea is displayed on the Playlist Post Detail view
[x] Submitting form results saves a comment content to the database
[x] Comment content shows in Playlist Post Detail view
