As a user, I want to upload and store my custom avatar for further references

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] the upload avatar option is provided on the user profile page
[x] an appropriate form is rendered when user opts to upload or change user's avatar
[x] the form provides for 'browse' button so user can choose an image file from user's local archives
[x] a user's avatar uploads to Cloudinary cloud assets successfully

Tasks:

[x] include CludinaryField to UserProfile model
[x] update UserAdmin model to manage avatar image upload
[x] ensure CloudinaryFileField configured in forms with image controls
[x] test uploading to Cloudinary from admin console and from user interface
