As a user, I want my avatar retrieved and displayed so other users can see my avatar next to playlists I have created and shared

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Author's avatar is displayed next to a shared playlist's title

Tasks:

[x] include Cloudinary avatar to profile presentation template
[x] provide for required context rendered to relevant template
