As a user, I want to delete my own comments so I can have control over my correspondence

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] user can see button 'delete' as a call to action next to user's comments
[x] By hitting 'delete' user can see a pop up modal with a request to confirm delete
[x] When confirmed a comment is no longer seen in the comment section
