As a user, I want to like comments to Shared playlists so I can express my attitude to comment content

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] A relevant button is located underneath every comment
[x] Hitting the button highlights it thus demonstrating the action has been done
[x] Liked status is stored in the database associated with user who has done the like
