As a user, I want to see the total number of likes for each comment under shared Playlist so I can have impression as for popularity of a comment

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] total number of likes is shown on the Playlist Post Detail page next to each and every comment
[x] total number of likes increases by 1 when user do the 'like' to a comment
[x] total number of likes decreases by 1 when user do the 'unlike' to a comment
