As a user, I want to be able to set a new password if I forget the old one

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] login page contains the clickable option "forgot your password?"
[x] when clicked, the reset password link is sent to registered user email with clear instructions
[x] following the link on email opens a reset password page
[x] after new password entered 2 times new password is reset and user can login again

This functionality is already available in Django-allauth. Reconfigured allauth base e-mail message caption part to reflect site name and domain in production version
