formatting jupyter-book #4

@negin513 I was unable to render the jupyter-book for some reason. Can you have a look to see if you're able to do this quickly?

Note, my Day1 notebook is all markdown and could be converted from the notebook format if it's easier.

In the meantime, @danicalombardozzi and @adrifoster, please have a look at the Day1 tutorial. I don't love the current formatting, which makes for a really long page to scroll through, but is the content that we need all included?
