Some instances of the FATES from scratch notebook use xlm rather than xml... #68

I noticed that xlm is used in place of XML for some of the text in the FATES from scratch notebook. This might be elsewhere as well. It does properly use XML in most instances, but it's misspelled several times.

Thanks Erik. I think I fixed these errors now.
