After https://github.com/NCBI-Hackathons/ga4gh-ncbi-api/issues/20 write post commit step to deploy to the AWS instance we have.

Too much of a hassle without using CodeDeploy and we're not getting into aws console this week I think http://docs.aws.amazon.com/codedeploy/latest/userguide/github-integ-tutorial.html .
