Based on legacy Content Delivery Engine functionality.

Targets Windows Server, using .Net Full Framework.

Build for deployment.

1. Open legacy-services.sln in Visual Studio.
2. Build > Publish
3. Click the "Publish" button next to the "Build for Deployment" configuration.
4. The files to be deployed will be placed in the publish directory, under the project root.
